This alternative type of airport parking is referred to as Park and Fly or Stay and Park. If you have a bit more time to spend at the airport, an early or late flight, or you don't wish to risk being delayed on the roads surrounding Heathrow Airport this parking option is ideal.
Most of the hotel and parking packages on Heathrowparking.com offer parking on-site at the hotel, just arrive at the hotel and park your car. Catch the Heathrow Hoppa to and from the terminal building. Your car will remain onsite during your trip. Other parking packages include parking at an offsite car park, in which case you simply catch the free shuttle transfer to and from the terminal.
How does it work?
Simply select your hotel check-in and check-out dates, and the date that you would like to collect your car and Heathrowparking.com will display all suitable Hotel Park and Fly deals. A Hoppa shuttle bus service runs between all terminals and hotels at Heathrow. The Sofitel is connected to T5 via a covered walkway.
"Average but OK hotel (breakfast, rooms, amenities etc.) in excellent proximity to Terminal 3. 12pm checkout was useful. Breakfast too expensive compared to the quality. Cot not in room on arrival as requested - disappointing. No tickets for the shuttle bus available at reception on the morning of departure. Large car park."
