Primarily serving mid to long-haul destinations, the choices for car parking at Heathrow Terminal 3 are plentiful. Choose from Meet and Greet (be met at the terminal itself) or Park and Ride (park then take a shuttle bus to the terminal).
Lots of car parking is available at T3. Meteor provide a practical Meet and Greet service whereby you drive straight to the terminal to be met by a chauffeur who parks your car for you. Purple Parking operate a Business Park and Ride service (available for leisure travellers too) with a courtesy shuttle to and from T3.

The terminal is home to 26 airlines including Virgin Atlantic, and in 2006 completed a £100m upgrade to accommodate the Airbus A380 superjumbo which is used by Emirates, Singapore Airlines and Quantas.
T3 is geographically located in the centre of Heathrow Airport. Short Stay, Mid Term and Long Term parking are available at the terminal. Purple Parking Business is a good option for long term park and ride requirements. All mid and long term parking at Terminal 3 will require a shuttle bus journey to and from the terminal building. Short stay options are only suitable for very brief parking requirements, i.e. a couple of hours. Meet and Greet at Terminal 3 is popular as it allows you to drive directly to the terminal building and be met there by a fully insured driver. No shuttle bus is required which will cut your time at the airport down significantly.
Passengers flying from Terminal 3 will find the check-in desks at the front of the main concourse on the ground floor. The terminal has a large area dedicated to the Virgin Atlantic check-in zone (Zone A). This area is on the left if you are facing the terminal building.
You will find an excellent range of shops located in T3. These include popular high street shops and as well as Burberry and Cartier. Duty Free prices are available at most of these shops, while people in search of a little reading material can take their pick from the selection in WHSmith.
If hunger strikes there is also plenty to satisfy at Terminal 3. Light refreshment is available in establishments such as Bagel Street, Apostrophe, AMT Coffee and Caffé Italia. Passengers who are searching for something a little more substantial should consider the Bridge Bar and Eating House.
