If you arrived on time but our driver did not, you may be entitled to make a claim under our Service Guarantee:
Our Money Back Guarantee applies to customers who are on time and have called us at least 20 minutes before they would like to be met at the terminal.
We are committed to meet customers within 20 minutes of their specified meeting time. If we fail to meet a customer within 20 minutes of their booked meeting time they will be eligible to make a claim using our Money Back Guarantee (Terms & conditions apply).
Our Money Back Guarantee applies to customers who have supplied us with the correct return flight information and have called us at least 20 minutes before they would like their vehicle to be delivered back to the terminal. Customers should only call once they have collected their luggage and cleared customs.
We are committed to meet customers within 20 minutes of their call. If we fail to meet a customer within 20 minutes of their call then they will be eligible to make a claim using our Money Back Guarantee (Terms & conditions apply).
We charge a variable rate for the secure storage of customer’s’ vehicles, depending on our car parking space capacity at the time of booking, and this portion of the parking charge is not covered by the service guarantee. Currently the daily storage charge is £5

Terms & conditions
The following terms and conditions relate to the We Park U Fly meet and greet parking service operated by Airside Parking Ltd. (Heathrow).
No waiting money back guarantee
We charge a variable rate for the secure storage of customer’s’ vehicles, depending on our car parking space capacity at the time of booking, and this portion of our service is not included in the service guarantee.
We operate a pre-booked appointment based service and do not always have permanent staff stationed at the meeting points at each terminal. It is our aim to be waiting for you when you arrive at the meeting point. This guarantee applies only to clients who book directly with We Park U Fly and Heathrowparking.com.
It is a condition of this guarantee that we receive a telephone call to the number as listed on your confirmation email at least 20 minutes before you expect to arrive at the meeting point even if you are due to arrive at the meeting point at your pre booked meeting time. Please note that we require your departure drop off time, NOT your flight take off time. Customers must provide evidence in the form of a call log proving that they tried to call us on several occasions.
Customers must provide accurate return flight details. Failure to provide the correct return flight number, scheduled arrival time and terminal will inevitably cause delays and will invalidate this guarantee. This guarantee will be invalid if your vehicle will not start or cannot be driven safely for any reason.
Please note that we require your return landing date and time, NOT your return flight take off date and time. We will track your flight landing time on the Heathrow Airport official website and will base return scheduling on the information published there. We will require a phone call from you and accurate information on your baggage status and location. Any delays due to lost luggage, coffee / convenience breaks etc. must be communicated and can and will be accommodated at this point.
We will return your car no later than 20 minutes after the time we estimate, based on the information you supply, that you will be on the terminal forecourt to collect your vehicle when you return.
We can only wait for 15 minutes at the vehicle collection and return location after the time we estimate you will exit the terminal and if we do not hear from you we may return your vehicle to our car park. You will then have to wait until we have staff available to be able to return your vehicle from our car park.
We Park U Fly will invalidate the Service Promise if:
- extreme weather conditions prevail,
- there is heavy local traffic
- there are extraordinary airport security measures in place causing traffic delays,
- customers arrive more than 20 minutes earlier / later than your pre-booked meeting time,
- booking details are amended by the customer within the minimum 24 hours notice period.
- Your flight arrives more than 20 minutes outside of the scheduled arrival time,
- there are any other matters beyond our control affecting the delivery of our service.
Customers arriving at the airport unexpectedly for whatever reason will not be covered by this guarantee.
