Upon arrival at Heathrow Airport you need to head towards the meeting point of the terminal you are flying from. A uniformed, fully insured driver will be waiting to greet you and will register your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be taken to a secure compound for the duration of your trip and returned to you on your arrival back to Heathrow.
This parking service is secure and professionally managed. The safety of all vehicles is ensured in a number of different ways. Security patrols are carried out regularly by dedicated members of the team, while CCTV cameras cover all areas of the compound. There are also special security lighting and barriers in place, which monitor and control the vehicles entering and leaving the compound.
The LHR Meet and Greet car park is open to customers arriving between 05:00 and 23:00. (Opening hours may be restricted on holidays.) Mobile homes and other large vehicles such as caravans and lorries are not permitted to enter the LHR Meet and Greet car park. Disabled passengers are specially catered to by LHR Meet and Greet with special spaces and trained staff members. Wheel chair ramps have also been installed throughout the compound to enable easy access for wheel chair users.
When returning to Heathrow Airport at the end of your journey you will be able to pick up your vehicle easily. Once you have collected any luggage and cleared customers you simply call a number and notify the operator that you require your car to be delivered back to you. Within minutes you will have your car ready to depart from Heathrow.
