Park Wise Terminals 1 to 3 employs professional security staff to ensure that all vehicles are protected 24 hours a day. Customers keep their keys with them at all times and while they are away the vehicle is monitored by CCTV. Regular security checks are also conducted, while extra protection is provided by exit barriers and security fencing.

The Park Wise compound is located at Northern Perimeter Road. This compound is very easy to locate as once motorists find their way to Heathrow Airport by following the Junction 14 road from the M4 there are special Park Wise signs in place to show them exactly where they need to go.

When you arrive at the compound you need to park in one of the bays and head to reception with your luggage and a printed copy of your conformation email. You will then be given a receipt by the receptionist, which you will need to keep handy for when you return.

After this has been taken care of, passengers simply need to climb aboard the shuttle bus that travels between the reception building and terminals 1, 2 and 3 throughout the day. The cost for the shuttle bus is covered by the parking fee. It takes between six and 12 minutes depending on which terminal you are travelling from and is available on demand. The arrangements will be made by the receptionist when you present your confirmation email.

When you want to return to your vehicle at the end of your trip you will be able to catch the same shuttle bus back again. Terminal 1 passengers can catch this bus from bus stop 5, while the bus run to bus stop 22 of Terminal 3.

Disabled passengers should not that the shuttle bus is not currently fitted with wheelchair ramps. However, special assistance can be provided by a member of staff if required.
