Take a left into Wright way at the roundabout and pass through a set of traffic lights, a roundabout and another set of traffic lights to Western Perimeter Road. From here, cross over two more miniature roundabouts until you see the sign for Long Stay parking on the right.

It is best to book in advance, as customers will save time and trouble at the parking facility. Instead of having to queue for a ticket, they will simply have their number plate scanned and be able to drive on through the entrance once the barrier is lifted. People who haven’t booked in advance can drive to the car park of their choice on the day of their departure from Heathrow Airport.

The complimentary shuttle bus for Terminal 5 runs every 10 minutes and the journey takes between five and ten minutes to reach the terminal building. Although free transfers are offered all around the clock, they only run on a schedule during certain hours. Passengers that want to make use of the service between 23:00 and 05:30 need to request a transfer via the special intercoms set at the terminal bus stops.
