This special meet and greet service is designed to make the experience of proceeding from your vehicle to the airport as smooth and simple as possible. Just before you arrive at Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 simply dial the car park phone number that is provided in your confirmation email and you will receive instruction. Your chauffeur will be ready and waiting for you at the terminal building of your choice. Your vehicle will then be collected in the departures area of the terminal.
When you return to Heathrow Airport at the end of your trip away you must firs pick up your luggage. Next, dial the designated phone number and receive directions to your pick up point.
Meteor Parking offers top of the range security measures to keep your vehicle safe while it is stored. Features include CCTV in all areas, security lighting, specially secure entry and exit barriers, security fencing and regular patrols.

To reach Meteor Meet and Greet take Junction 14A off the M25 and follow the leading to Terminal 5. Once at the entrance of Terminal 5 follow the signs to the Departure Level drop off zone. Next, drive up the Departure ramp making sure to keep in the right hand lane and pull up approximately three quarters of the way along. This will ensure that you are parked across from the third entrance to the terminal, which takes you straight to the Terminal 5 Departure Hall.
