LHR Meet and Greet is a professional service aimed at travellers that want to avoid the hassle of having to negotiate transfer buses when armed with their luggage. This special service is available at all terminals at Heathrow Airport and is easy to arrange either by phone or through the internet.
Upon arrival at Heathrow Airport, passengers need to go to the valet parking area of the terminal at which they are flying from. Simply park your vehicle and then register your vehicle and you are able to go and catch your flight. Your vehicle will be professionally parked by someone from the team and watched over in your absence. It will then be ready and waiting for you when you return.
This facility is extremely secure, and the safety of all vehicles is ensured in a number of different ways. Security patrols are carried out regularly by dedicated members of the team, while CCTV cameras cover all areas of the compound. There are also special security lighting and barriers in place, which monitor and control the vehicles entering and leaving the compound.
The LHR Meet and Greet car park is open to customers between 05:00 and 23:00. Opening hours may also be restricted on holidays. Mobile homes and other large vehicles such as caravans and lorries are not permitted to enter the LHR Meet and Greet car park. Disabled passengers are specially catered to by LHR Meet and Greet with special spaces and trained staff members. Wheel chair ramps have also been installed throughout the compound to enable easy access for wheel chair users.
People returning to Heathrow Airport at the end of their journey will be able to pick up their vehicle smoothly and simply. Passengers that touch down at Terminal 1 need to go up to the Departures area and leave the building through reception, where they will find their vehicle ready and waiting. Terminal 3 passengers should call 020 8976 9611, while the number for Terminal 4 passengers to call is 020 8976 9612. However, if you arrive at Terminal 5 all you need to do is head on over to the valet parking reception, which is located on the terminal forecourt.
